Unity XR Software Engineer
Immola is an entertainment company that is building a free movie streaming application called Kariboo for mixed-reality devices.
I was responsible for the complete app overhaul and am now building multiplayer features using Unity, C#, and Normcore. This work resulted in shipped features to real-world users such as low-latency synced streaming, creation of multiplayer rooms, and integrated voice chat.

Tangle is a VC-backed remote work app for PC/MacOS founded by the team behind the Google-acquired Owlchemy Labs.
I implemented a variety of multiplayer features using Unity, C#, and Normcore. This work resulted in shipped features that passed unit tests and had full parity with design documentation.

Unity XR Software Engineer
At XPO, we built XR solutions that targeted worker safety, brand awareness, and recruitment engagement, some of which made national and investor headlines within the logistics sector.
Using Unity and C#, I developed interactions and gameplay features, rapidly prototyped concepts, optimized for standalone hardware, and wrote technical documentation.

vCoder | 2018
Unity XR Software Engineer
Grant recipient of the Oculus Launchpad ’18 program, vCoder is an educational VR project that teaches K-12 students how to code.
Using Unity and C#, I designed, prototyped, and implemented interaction frameworks and gameplay features. I also adapted our PCVR version for 3-DoF devices like the Oculus Go and HTC Vive Focus.

Lumina MR
Unity XR Developer
Developed within a team of 5 and submitted to the 2024 online Meta Presence Platform Hackathon, Lumina MR is a meditative mixed-reality experience where you grow plants on your ceiling.
I focused on designing and developing hand-tracking interactions, along with prototyping a variety of gameplay interactions that would be used to power the game loop. I also composed the background score and designed the games’ sound.

Developed within a team of 4 and submitted to the 2024 online Meta Presence Platform Hackathon, Balloon is an arcade mixed-reality experience that captures the cultural phenomenon about keeping a balloon in the air.
I focused on implementing gameplay features like hand-tracked poses, bug-fixing, playtesting, and the AppLab submission process.

Prehistoric Puzzles is a puzzle-educational MR experience where users piece together prehistoric fossils and learn about the anatomy and history of prehistoric life. Development in progress for the MetaQuest 3.
With this edutainment tool, I hope to expand the users’ imagination and curiosity beyond the depiction of dinosaurs in modern Hollywood.

The Last Shark

Submitted as part of the 2020 Oculus Launchpad Program, The Last Shark is a stealth-adventure VR game about saving the last shark on Earth. As of May 2024, we’ve passed 15K downloads via App Lab.
This app is meant to bring awareness to the dwindling shark population and to explore how game mechanics can drive a narrative around nature. Shipped for all MetaQuest devices.

Leaflet is a unique VR puzzle game about guiding a lone leaf to its destination by drawing wind currents with your controllers. Solve puzzles in your environment and bring life back to a forgotten forest.
This project is my attempt at bridging fun gameplay mechanics with a human-centric appreciation of nature. Playable builds are available for MetaQuest devices upon request.

Unity XR Developer
draft360 is an XR storyboarding tool for WebXR and nReal that won the 2020 MIT Reality Hack Grand Prize for Best of AR and Best of Tools.
I focused on building a nReal companion app where, using the connected phone, users could draw in 3D, take photos, and record their voices to add to existing storyboards.
